Combat Veterans International, Snohomish - Chapter 6 is the newest chapter in Western Washington. We have members primarily in Snohomish County and hold our meetings at the American Legion Hall in Stanwood. We owe the start of our chapter to the unfortunate death of SPC. Justin W Hebert of Silvana WA., the first casualty of the Iraq war from Snohomish County. In his memory our chapter began. Combat Veterans International is a non-profit veterans organization dedicated to assisting all veterans to the best of our ability, with an emphasis on combat veterans. We share a fellowship and a common interest in motorcycling. We are based in Washington State and are currently working with groups in several Northwest states to form new chapters. Please click on our patch to be redirected to our National page and get more information on the organization. |
History: CVI was created March 3, 1997, by a core group of 5 veterans, with a common interest in motorcycles and helping other veterans and their community. Originating in Ferndale, Washington, the organization has grown and branched out. CVI is a non-profit organization and members have contributed much time, energy and money to their communities. Although CVI members ride motorcycles, we are NOT A MOTORCYCLE CLUB! MISSION
