On what grounds? There is no law against gouging people who want to have an event. Instead, you do what they did this year. You leave and go elsewhere. The City of Snohomish will lose tens of thousands of dollars in tax and event revenue since the show moved. The businesses and people in Snohomish will lose that money when the event is moved to Sultan, which it has been. Read the dateline of this article guys. It is February of last year.
