Just looking at Google Maps for the campground suggested in the flyer. It appears that there is no shade available at all. Is this correct?

If so, please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements as a Chapter to bring over shade providing tents or canopies in a truck.

Attached is a new flier that reflects our change in locations to the Benton County Fair Grounds which is a much better location. We will be putting together some packets that will contain the Tri-Folds along with some additional Visit Tri-Cities information such as this link: http://www.visittri-cities.com/ for everyone to have and will bring them to the RC Meeting on April 16th. I did want to mention that for those who are looking for Hotels and want to get a Room on the River need to call Clover Island ASAP and mention that you are with the CVI Organization. They initially blocked off 10 Rooms of which some were River View (King Bed Only) and some were Marina View (Double Queen Rooms) and were going to range from $84 to $94 a night. For those that are camping, there are no Full Hook ups (Sewer), but there are Water/Electrical in the Official RV spots, but also Electrical in the Dry Camp area that is Close to the Building that we are renting along with Restroom Facilities and Full Shower Facilities in the General location. Again, we will be getting more information out to the Chapters in the way of packets and will answer any questions that you might have. Hollywood (Treasurer)
